We know no one likes waiting, so we strive to dispatch your order by the next working day.

We operate Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed outside of these days will be dispatched on the next available business day.

Please note that during peak times and sale periods, there may be delays due to the high volume of orders. After you receive your order confirmation, your next update will come from Australia Post when your order is on the way.

Return & Exchange

We hope you love your new purchase! However, if you do have a change of mind you are welcome to return it to us within 7 days of receiving your order in exchange for a store credit.

We are only able to offer a full refund if anything is faulty - if this does occur please email us within 7 days of receipt of purchase with an image of the fault along with your Order Number to contact@riothelabel.com.au for further review.

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Please note that as we are a small business delivery costs will not be refunded.
